We supply activated carbon pellets from three feedstocks coal (MICSORB™), coconut shell, and wood. Each produces a different pore structure for a different application requirement. The specs below are drawn from our actual production parameters. Request our last batch COA for any grade before placing a first order we send it without conditions.

Three CTC grades MICSORB 30, 50, and 60 covering 700 to 950 mg/g iodine value, plus MICSORB 60+ KI, a potassium-iodide impregnated grade engineered for acidic gas and VOC removal where physical adsorption alone isn’t enough. Uniform 4mm cylindrical diameter across the range. Hardness ≥98%. Effective against sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, mercury, ammonia, and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), with low pressure drop across the bed.

Hardness ≥98% — the highest in our pellet range. Iodine values from ≥900 to ≥1100 mg/g. Ash ≤5%. The grade specified for hydrogen PSA systems, beverage CO₂ purification, and specialty gas treatment where micropore dominance and mechanical integrity are both non-negotiable. Available in 3mm and 4mm. Last batch COA available on request.

Same hardness specification as coconut shell ≥98%. Same iodine range — ≥900 to ≥1100 mg/g. Different pore structure. Wood activation produces a higher macropore and mesopore fraction the grade for pharmaceutical gas purification, food industry gas treatment, chemical synthesis gas, and applications where large-molecule accessibility in a durable pellet format is the requirement. Available in 3mm and 4mm.
